Cabinet Vision One person, everything queued behind them.
In most shops running Cabinet Vision, the constraint is not the software and it is not the machine. It is the number of people who can drive both, and that number is usually one.
The situation this addresses
One person understands the setup. They program, they detail, they solve whatever comes up, and everything queues behind them. When they are on holiday the queue grows, and when they leave it becomes a genuine problem.
Adding capacity is difficult because the knowledge is specific to your environment rather than to the software.
What we do inside your setup
- We work inside your existing Cabinet Vision setup,
- following what is already configured rather than substituting our own approach.
- Drawing production
- to your conventions, under your title block.
- Output from the same source,
- so what goes to the floor and what goes to review describe the same parts.
- Your conventions recorded once.
- Captured in a Standards Record on the first project and applied consistently after that, which is what makes capacity additive rather than a supervision burden.
What we do not do
- We do not configure or develop your catalog.
- Whatever your setup contains is what the work is built on.
- We do not set up machine integration.
- Configuration that connects the software to a specific machine is not part of this service.
- We do not write post-processors or G-code.
- That stays with your programmer or your machine integrator, permanently.
- We are not a Cabinet Vision reseller, partner or implementation consultancy.
Platform capability block
Where platform work goes wrong
- Everything queueing behind one person.
- The most common failure, and it is a capacity problem rather than a software one.
- A setup altered by an outside team.
- Changes made to suit someone else’s working preference, inherited later by whoever takes over.
- Parameters assumed.
- Output produced against material sizes and machine settings nobody confirmed, which looks authoritative and cuts wrong.
- Drawings and machine output diverging.
- Produced separately, describing subtly different parts.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Will you work in our setup or your own?
Yours. Your configuration is followed as it exists, and your conventions are recorded so they are applied consistently rather than reinterpreted.
Can you add capacity without adding supervision?
That is what the Standards Record is for. The first project captures your conventions; every project after that starts from them rather than from a conversation.
Do you configure our catalog?
No. Catalog configuration and development are not part of this service. The work is built on what your setup already contains.
Can you produce machine output?
Part data and production output are produced to the material and machine parameters you supply. Post-processors, machine integration and G-code stay with your programmer or your integrator.

Capacity is easier to judge on your own work than on a description of it.
- Drawing production and output from the same source, inside your setup
- Your existing configuration followed, never developed or reconfigured
- Catalog development and machine integration not part of this service
- One named contact, not a general queue
